Your information, plainly.
I collect as little as I can, use it only for what you would expect, and never sell it.
Who I am
This website belongs to Gerry Cryer, based in the United Kingdom. If you have any question about your information, email gerry@gerrycryer.com.
What I collect, and why
The Letters. If you sign up, I keep your email address so I can send you the Letters. I use MailerLite to store the list and send them. Every Letter has an unsubscribe link, and you can leave at any time. The legal basis is your consent.
Booking a conversation. When you book, the booking service (bookme.name) collects your name, email address, time zone and anything you choose to tell me, and takes payment for paid sessions. I use this to arrange and hold our sessions. The legal basis is our agreement to work together.
Sessions. We meet on Zoom. I do not record sessions unless we both agree first. What you tell me in a session stays between us.
Emails. If you write to me, I keep the conversation so I can reply and help you.
Organisations. If your employer arranges sessions, I share only a short progress summary, and only if you and your employer have agreed to it. I never share what we talk about.
Who else sees it
Only the services I use to run this work: MailerLite (Letters), bookme.name and its payment provider (bookings), Zoom (sessions) and my email provider. Each has its own privacy policy. I do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
How long I keep it
Letters: until you unsubscribe. Booking and session records: for as long as we work together and then as long as UK tax law requires, usually six years. Emails: no longer than I need them.

Thirty minutes, online, free. You can only learn from someone you like and trust, so that is what we find out first. If I can help, I will say so. If I can't, I will say that too.
