Good people, held back in English.
International teams lose value when capable people stay quiet in meetings, undersell their ideas or struggle to lead across cultures. This is communication development for those people: one-to-one, practical and built around their real work.
Presenting to management
Clear structure, confident delivery and calm handling of questions.
Meetings and stakeholders
Contributing, disagreeing politely and moving decisions forward.
Persuasion and influence
Explaining value to clients and colleagues across cultures.
Leadership communication
For new and growing managers who now lead in English.
Structured, reported, confidential.
- Who: managers and specialists at B2–C2 level
- Format: live one-to-one online sessions; programmes of 8 to 12 sessions of 60 minutes

- Progress: reviewed against those goals at the end of the programme
- You receive: a short progress summary for each learner, if you would like one
- Confidentiality: the learner agrees what is shared; reports cover progress, not private conversations
- Arrangements: invoiced per programme, directly or through your training provider
- Experience: corporate learners currently in Portugal, Ukraine and Moldova, and individual professionals across Asia
