With a career spanning several decades, Gerry has held roles such as Finance Director, Transformation Director, and Managing Director. He has led high-performing teams, developed and implemented strategies, and provided clarity and direction in complex business environments. 

Gerry splits his time between Kyiv, Ukraine, and Surrey, England. He is an author, business mentor, coach, innovator, and one-time guitarist in the covers rock band Mid Life Crisis.

He embarked on a successful series of jobs in business management and consultancy, gaining insights into top-level machinations, negotiations, and behind-the-scenes issues.

Living and working in over 25 countries across Europe, the USA, and the Middle East, Gerry has developed a vast knowledge resource. 

His high emotional intelligence and keen observation of the human condition give him a special talent for understanding and dissecting complex situations.

His interests extend beyond business, as he is also a novelist and lecturer, bringing a rich tapestry of experiences to his teaching and mentoring
