We are a UK-based company offering clients worldwide Leadership Mentoring, Life Coaching, Business English Communications, and Soft Skills training. By booking or using any of our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, governed exclusively by UK law.

2. Booking and Rescheduling

• Clients may rebook a session with at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled time.
• If rescheduling is requested within the 24-hour window, it will be considered at Brovary Ltd.’s sole discretion. Clients are encouraged to provide a polite note explaining the reason for rescheduling.
• Sessions not attended without prior notice will typically be marked as completed. Exceptional circumstances may be reviewed at Brovary Ltd.’s discretion.

3. Refunds

• No cash refunds are offered for any services.
• Clients may rebook missed sessions as described above.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment for all services must be made in full before the session.
• Payments are non-refundable.

5. Service Delivery

• All sessions are conducted online via Zoom unless otherwise agreed.
• Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary equipment and internet connection to participate in online sessions.

6. Recordings

• Clients are allowed to record sessions for personal use only.
• Recordings or any portion thereof must not be shared, distributed, or used for any purpose other than self-improvement without express written permission from Brovary Ltd.

7. Use of Materials

• Any presentations, links, or materials provided during sessions are for the client’s personal use only.
• Redistribution, copying, or commercial use of these materials is strictly prohibited.

8. Disclaimer of Liability

• While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy and quality of the services, Brovary Ltd accepts no liability for how clients use the information or materials provided.
• All services are provided “as is” without guaranteeing specific outcomes.

9. Governing Law

The laws of the United Kingdom govern these Terms and Conditions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
